JOINT COMMITTEE REPORT ON RISKS AND VULNERABILITIES IN THE EU FINANCIAL SYSTEM
12/09/2016 AEFRThe April 2016 Joint Committee Report on Risk and Vulnerabilities considered as key risks to the EU financial system i) the low interest rate environment, ii) the increased interconnectedness in the financial system and iii) risks from China and emerging markets. This autumn update of the report mainly focuses on recent developments concerning the low growth and low yield environment as it affects the profitability and asset quality of financial institutions. It also points to potential concerns related to the interconnectedness in the financial system.
