Michelle is a Director in the KPMG EMA Financial Services Regulatory Insight Centre, leading on banking prudential, ESG and operational resilience regulation. She has 25 years’ experience in banking and wealth and asset management, both in industry and as a regulator. Having joined KPMG in 2019 from the UK Prudential Regulation Authority, her role encompasses regulatory horizon scanning, policy analysis and interpretation, regulatory support and advice to clients, engagement with regulatory and industry bodies, press commentary and the development of thought leadership and other regulatory collateral.
