EMIR: Delegated Regulation extending derivatives exemption for pension scheme arrangements published in Official Journal

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/610 extending the transitional relief for pension scheme arrangements from central clearing for their OTC derivative transactions has been published in the Official Journal. The existing exemption has been further extended until 16 August 2018.

The Regulation entered into force on 1 April 2017.
