European Parliament - Unfinished business
09/10/2014Delegations will find attached a copy of the above letter together with the following annexes:
− a list of unfinished files under the ordinary legislative
procedure on which work should resume (Annex I);
− a list of unfinished files under other procedures (NLE and
CNS) on which work should resume, including one legislative
initiative proposal adopted by Parliament pursuant to Article 226
TFEU (Annex II);
− a list of legislative proposals which Parliament invites the
Commission to withdraw (Annex III);
